Wolfgang’s Steakhouse: Adding Sizzle to Iloilo City’s Culinary Scene

Iloilo City, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, is already a foodie’s dream with its delightful mix of traditional Ilonggo dishes and top-notch dining experiences. From the beloved La Paz Batchoy and Pancit Molo to bustling seafood markets, it’s been a paradise for those who love to eat. Now, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is about to crank up the gourmet game in Iloilo with its new spot at Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao.

A Steakhouse with Global Swagger

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is like the rockstar of steakhouses—famous worldwide for its USDA Prime Black Angus steaks that are dry-aged until they’re practically begging you to eat them. Soon, they’ll be serving up these mouthwatering cuts right here in Iloilo City. This marks their second venture outside Metro Manila after making waves in Boracay.

Founded by Wolfgang Zwiener—former head waiter at the legendary Peter Luger Steakhouse in New York.—this steakhouse has earned global fame for its meticulous dry-aging process that makes each beef cut as tender as your lola’s heart.

Bringing the Big Apple Vibe to Iloilo

Known for their 28-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef that’s so tender it practically gives you a hug, Wolfgang’s also offers a New York-style ambiance complete with impeccable service and an extensive wine list that’ll make any sommelier swoon.

Since hitting the Philippine scene in 2016, they’ve popped up in swanky spots like Newport World Resorts and Bonifacio Global City. And now they’re building in Iloilo Business Park! Soon enough, Ilonggos won’t need to book a flight just to get their steak fix—they’ll have world-class dining right on their doorstep.

Dining Like Royalty (With Prices Fit for Kings)

At Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, you’re not just paying for food; you’re investing in an experience where quality reigns supreme—and your wallet might feel it too! Steaks come with price tags that could make your credit card sweat a little depending on how hungry you are or how fancy you want your meal to be.

But if you’re ready to splurge on steak that’s softer than butter or seafood platters that scream indulgence louder than your karaoke-loving neighbor, this place delivers bites worth every peso. It’s not exactly where you’d go every Tuesday night unless you’ve got deep pockets—but perfect for celebrating milestones or impressing someone special (or yourself).

How Much???

The most affordable cut of steak should be 2,900 (250g filet mignon), while the priciest is just under 10,000 (1kg porterhouse). They also serve burgers, sandwiches, seafood, pasta, salads, and desserts, typically priced from a few hundred to a couple thousand pesos.

Stay tuned folks; more juicy updates coming soon about what promises to be another delicious chapter added into our ever-evolving food scene book!
