The Southwing of The Pinnacle at Iloilo Business Park has been digitally launched. The reception condo buyers and property investors has been very favorable. They love the location and overall design of the new residential tower.

Hi, I am Ernest Ian Jagorin. As a Sales Manager in Megaworld Iloilo Business Park, it’s my job to carefully study the project and know what would be the best units of this new preselling condominium of this township.

Here are the best units according to the manager:

note: Special units (loft and penthouse) are not included since they were sold out as soon as they were launched. And these are only units from the Southwing (Northwing is still unavailable).

EXECUTIVE 1-BEDROOM UNITS with Balcony

  1. UNIT T on higher floors is a very good unit — probably one of the best typical units
    • The largest Executive 1-Bedroom unit at 61 sqm. This is technically a 2-room unit with 2 toilet & bath as well.
    • Corner unit of the building’s South side. UNIT T on higher floors is a very good unit — probably one of the best typical units.
      Why it’s good:
    • Balcony facing East — view of the Iloilo City, the strait (body of water), and island of Guimaras; also overlooking Megaworld Boulevard.
    • Window view of the Atrium Garden on the West side of the unit.
    • Lots of natural light as it can enter on the 3 sides of the room — East, South, and West.
    • – Would personally prefer this over a Unit A Executive 1-Bedroom.
  1. UNIT A on higher floors is probably the second best larger typical unit.
    • Also considerably large with 54.5 sqm
    • Balcony facing West — view of highlands of Leon and Alimodian.
    • Window view of the Atrium Garden on the East side of the unit.
    • Also plenty of natural light sourceThe largest Executive 1-Bedroom unit at 61 sqm. This is ‘technically’ a 2-room unit with 2 toilet & bath as well.
  1. UNIT A and UNIT G on the 5th floor
    • These are Executive 1-Bedroom units that have lanais instead of balconies. It means larger extra space and closer to greens.
    • They are also upclose the Atrium Garden. The units are basically beside it. You will feel that you have a large garden yard outside.

STUDIO UNITS with Balcony

  1. UNIT I (The ‘corner’ unit)
    • This is probably the most unique studio unit because it’s like a corner unit with no neighboring unit on the other side.
    • It overlooks and has a large view of the amenities (garden, playground, pool) below.
    • The best studio unit in my opinion.
  1. Units E, F, G, and H are Studio units in a line with balconies facing West
    • In my opinion, they’re the better studios because they overlook the amenities (garden, pool, and playground).
    • It won’t matter what floor level if you love watching the amenities below.
  1. Units K, L, M, N, O, P, and Q on the other hand, are Studio units with East view
    • Higher units are much preferrable when choosing these units so that you take advantage of the East view (City, Guimaras)

Ideas and Suggestions (combined units)

  • You may combine unit T and S for a VERY spacious 2 to 3 bedroom unit. We can have our layout designers create a design for that combined unit.
  • On the other side units A and B may be combined for a larger unit too. It won’t be as big as the TS combo.
  • Combinations CD and IJ are also good combinations as they are like corner units.
  • SR combination can also work as a no nonsense combo which is symmetrical.
