Hi I’m Ernest Ian Jagorin and welcome to this 3D presentation of THE PINNACLE — the newest residential tower project set to rise at Iloilo Business Park.

This grandiose high-rise residential tower will stand 20-storeys high. Join me as I go inside and explore this luxurious condominium by Megaworld Corporation.

Entering the Lobby of The Pinnacle.
This is the reception area… and we have waiting and lounge areas on both sides.

Let’s use one of four elevators to go up and check some of the indoor amenities of this building.
This is the fifth floor also known as the amenity floor. The function room can be found on this level. It has a view and access to the spill-over area outside. Beside the function room is the day care with access to the playground outside.

Let’s go inside a Loft type Studio unit.
Since it’s a loft, you will immediately notice a more spacious living area. perhaps the best thing about this is the the airy feel of having a high ceiling with a glass wall on the balcony side. Of course the bedroom is on the loft directly above the kitchen. The bedroom will have more space than typical studios.

Lets check out a typical studio unit.
The Most affordable unit has a balcony and enough space for a solo luxurious condo living.

Now for the typical 1Bedroom unit of The Pinnacle.
Very similar with the studio unit but larger and longer because there is a living area in the middle and a more privately divided bedroom where the balcony is located.

Back to the amenity floor, we have the fitness gym with access to the outdoor fitness area. And on the far wings of the tower, are the atrium gardens — a large open-air green space for reading, lounging, and relaxation.

Now that we are outside, let’s check out the amenity deck.
The Playground and spill-over area.
The wooden deck and pool area.

The Pinnacle units have spacious balconies. This is the side facing west. Overlooking the amenity deck.
We go to the other side to see the facade of The Pinnacle.

This side faces East overlooking Megaworld Boulevard. If you are high enough you have a view of the city, the sea, and the island of Guimaras.
