The Palladium

It is a two-storey structure with a total floor area of 11,832 square meters. It also has 500-seat function rooms on the second floor. A rooftop of 1,500 sqm is available for outdoor functions. In 2015, it became the venue of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Ministerial Meetings.
Saint Dominique
The 10-storey Saint Dominique will be another Parisian-inspired residential development that will rise beside Saint Honore in the 72-hectare township in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
Linked to Saint Honore, Saint Dominique will have shared recreational amenities with the adjacent tower that include a landscaped atrium, fitness center, indoor spa, game room, day care center, children’s playground, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and pool lounge and a kiddie pool.
