Preselling Units (NO DOWNPAYMENT)
- Excavation: Digging the ground to prepare for the foundation.
- Footings and Foundations: Constructing footings and laying the foundation, which may include concrete slabs, piers, or piles depending on the design and soil conditions.
- Exterior and Interior Work
Installing exterior cladding materials, such as glass curtain walls, aluminum panels, or stone. This includes ensuring proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Installing drywall, partitions, and finishing materials like paint, flooring, and ceilings.
- Floor Construction: Constructing each floor sequentially, often using pre-fabricated floor systems to speed up construction.
- Cladding Installation: Installing exterior cladding materials, such as glass curtain walls, aluminum panels, or stone. This includes ensuring proper insulation and weatherproofing.
- Roof Construction: Installing the roof structure and waterproofing systems.
- Vertical Transportation Systems: Installing elevators and escalators, ensuring they meet safety standards and efficiency requirements.
- Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC: Installing systems for plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This includes fire suppression systems and emergency power systems.
- Interior Finishes: Completing interior finishes, including fixtures, fittings, and final paintwork.
- Exterior Finishes: Completing any remaining exterior work, such as landscaping, driveways, and external lighting.

Operational Units
One Madison Place Towers 1, 2, and 3 are now operational.
The first portion (PHASE 1) of 1.1 kilometer dining and commercial strip is operational. The facade is almost evident, and along with the mall, this place will bring life and culture to Iloilo Business Park.
Phase 2 is also partially operational!
The Showrooms for condominium units are complete and fully operational. Named as Iloilo Business Park Sales and Information Center, people can now distinctly experience what it’s like inside Iloilo Business Park Condominiums.
Megaworld’s signature lifestyle mall, Festive Walk Mall of Iloilo Business Park is complete and currently operational.

Iloilo Convention Center was inaugurated by President Benigno Aquino III on September 14, 2015. ICC is operational and had already held dozens of conventions particularly the 2015 APEC Meetings.
Courtyard by Marriott is one of the best hotels in Iloilo today. It is fully operational and servicing Iloilo City visitors.
One Techno Place is one of ten BPO buildings in Iloilo Business Park. Operational with some finishing touches and houses BPO company, IQOR.
Three Techno Place is one of ten BPO buildings in Iloilo Business Park which opened recently. It is now the operation site of BPO company Nearsol Philippines.
