How many floor levels does the Firenze have?
There are a total of 22 levels in the building, with the exception of the 4th and 13th floors which have been left out intentionally.
Are there parking spaces available?
Residents of Firenze have designated parking spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors; additionally, residents and visitors can also make use of the external parking area situated around the exterior of the structure.

Is Firenze a smart home/unit?
Yes. Every unit comes equipped with a wireless smart home system that residents can control remotely anytime, anywhere through their mobile phone.

None. The smallest available unit in the building is a Junior 1-Bedroom.

Are the units delivered fully-furnished?

How to avail or buy your own dedicated parking space?
Only unit owners can own a parking space in Firenze. Currently, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom unit buyers are given priority and are required to purchase a dedicated parking lot.
How much is the down payment?
Currently, Firenze is preselling with no down payment required. You can start owning a unit with just a reservation fee of 25,000 PHP and begin monthly amortization payments. Ask Ernest for computations of payment using the promotional terms.
Can a foreigner own a condo unit in Firenze?
Non-citizens are eligible to own property in Firenze Residences.
