Option 1:
Cash (less 10% discount on contract price)

Option 2:
30% Downpayment (less 5% discount on downpayment)
45% in 36 months
25% Balance upon turnover

Option 3:
20% downpayment (less 2.5% discount on downpayment)
55% in 36 months
25% Balance upon turnover

Option 4:
10% Downpayment
60% in 36 months
30% Balance upon turnover

Notwithstanding the above payment terms, all outstanding balance shall become due and demandable upon turnover.
