On the record, Executive Studio units are the best selling type of unit in Iloilo Business Park. This is mainly because of its perfect combination of size and price.

Executive Studios range from 39.0 to 41.5 sq.m. — around 40% larger than the studio unit.

With that extra area of space, you get to separate the bedroom (via a partition) from the living room and the kitchen. This provides a better sense of privacy when you are in your bedroom which is something that you wouldn’t have with a simple studio unit.

EXECUTIVE STUDIO UNIT LAYOUTS

Basically, there are two classifications of Executive Studio units — the ones facing East and others facing West.

East-facing units as you already know have a spectacular view of the sea and overlooks the amenities of The Palladium. These units easily sell as they are heavily favored by most investors.
